Exchange & Refund Policy – Champs Mart

We want you to shop with confidence at Champs Mart. That’s why we offer a 14-day exchange and return policy from the date of purchase.

🔁 How Exchanges Work

  • Products can be exchanged or returned within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Once we receive the original items back, we will process your exchange.

  • You must place a new order on our website for the items you want in exchange.

  • Please mention “Previous Order (ID) Exchange Order” in the Note section at checkout.

🚚 Return/Exchange Shipping

  • In case of an exchange, Champs Mart may arrange a pickup or the customer can return the item via any courier/logistics service.

  • The exchange parcel will only be processed after the original product is received at our facility.

📦 Delivery Time for Exchange Orders

  • Exchange orders may take 10 to 14 business days to be delivered after we receive the returned item.
